Who is Dangerous Dan ?
Telling people who I am is a somewhat daunting task. don't know
why exactly, but here goes....................
I am Dangerous Dan. I come by way of much wind and cottonfield
dust like you find in Lubbock , Tx.
I was born on the first day of winter , on a snowy Monday morning in
Lubbock. The second son to
great people, my mother with the kindest heart and sometimes a
nessassary firm hand,She bought me my
first guitar a 28dollar Stella, and my dad , the toughest and hardest
working man I've ever known, Raising 4
kids wasn’t easy and today at 85 he can still outrun me and is and
will always be my hero.I'm writing this down
so that those of you who might be interested in me and the Blues
Deacons may know that the words I write here
and the notes I play come from my heart to yours. For me anyway
that’s where I must start when it comes to the Blues.
